Wolf Reintroduction In Colorado: A Scientific Debate, Or A Moral One?
This November, Colorado voters will be asked whether or not the state should reintroduce gray wolves back into public lands in the western part of Colorado. The question piqued the interest of Ethan Linck, a post-doctoral researcher at the University of New Mexico and a research affiliate at the University of Colorado Boulder. Ethan began to wonder: what does the science say about the effects of wolf reintroduction? And is this a question that should be put to voters?
Ethan wrote a piece on the topic for High Country News, and joined us to discuss his findings.
