Changes To Title X
You may have heard of Title X in the news lately. That’s because the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the federal court that has jurisdiction over most of the West Coast, recently ruled on the legality of the Title X Family Planning Program. Two dozen states including Colorado sued the federal government over changes the Trump administration made to the program in 2019, and in that ruling by the Ninth Circuit, the court upheld the changes the administration made.
KUNC’s Stephanie Daniel joined us to discuss what a new study can tell us about the impact of all of this on Colorado.
