It's hardly news that weddings can be hugely expensive, which may explain the charm of the Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest. It's sponsored by a Website devoted to weddings on-the-cheap. The best bridal gown made with tape, glue and, of course, toilet paper wins $1,000. AOL News reports last year's winner was a short, sexy one-shoulder number. Still, the contest has yet to see a winner dare to walk down the aisle in her two-ply design.
