Healthcare Exchange Bill Clears Senate

The fate of a bill to create a healthcare exchange in Colorado now rests in the hands of the Republican controlled house. The state senate passed the measure on Wednesday on a party line vote. Many Republicans oppose the bill saying it's too closely tied to the federal healthcare overhaul.
