NPR's Julie Rovner reports on a new initiative launched today to increase health insurance coverage. Two groups normally on opposite sides came together to propose a solution they say will bring coverage to about half of the 43 million uninsured Americans. Families USA, which has backed all of the Clinton Administration's health proposals, joined with the Health Insurance Association of America, which has opposed most efforts at health reform.
