New Airline Partnership at DIA to Benefit Travelers

KUNC

Icelandair and Frontier Airlines have announced a new interline partnership that will give travelers more options through Denver International Airport.

The move will give passengers access to more than 20 destinations in Scandinavia from DIA. Thanks to the partnership, Frontier spokesman Peter Kowalchuk says travelers will have more competitive airfares with one single combined ticket on the two airlines.

“It assures that everything will happen smoothly almost as if it was one carrier because baggage will be checked through to the final destination,” he says.

Icelandair will begin service from Denver to European destinations starting next May.
