GOP Closes Gessler Fundraiser to Media

Colorado Statesman

The Larimer County GOP holds a fundraiser this Thursday to raise money to pay off a campaign finance fine imposed by Secretary of State Scott Gessler. Planned as a public event – it’s now a private affair – and closed off to the media. KUNC’s Brian Larson spoke to Colorado Statesman Publisher Jody Hope Strogoff about the decision and what message it sends.
