Tropical Storm Isaac Delays Monday RNC Plans

The Republican National Convention was set to kick off today in Tampa, Florida - but because of the storm, the roll call nomination of delegates has been bumped to Tuesday. Depending on the weather, Mitt Romney is expected to address party delegates and the nation Thursday as the official candidate for President.
