2026 Winter Olympics

Ski mountaineering, or “skimo” will make its Olympic debut this month. And a longtime Colorado skimo athlete, Nikki LaRochelle, will help introduce millions of viewers to the sport – offering commentary during the broadcast of the Winter Games from Italy.
